In it, Steven Aviles and I share an application that compares the network footprints of the four largest broadband service providers in the United States - AT&T, Charter, Comcast, and Verizon. We then build a dashboard that compares the network footprint of each of them, by transmission technology, to the number of unserved and underserved locations, highlighting opportunities to intervene. #EsriPolicyMaps
